Shipping Policy
​PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE:
Due to the uncertainty of tariffs and associated fees, we are only shipping Canada based items within Canada, and US based items within the US. If an item in your cart is not located in your Country (US or Canada) you will receive an error message that says "This item can't be delivered".

SHIPPING RATES DISPLAYED ARE IN US DOLLARS.
If you are in Canada, rates will be converted to CAD after you choose your currency and add the item(s) to your cart. You can select your shipping method during checkout. The following rates apply, and are subject to change:

Beaded Jewelry & Apparel: (Shipping within USA)
US Standard: $7 (tracked and insured)

Beaded Jewelry: (Shipping within Canada)
Canada Standard: $5 flat rate
Canada Tracked Shipping: $10 flat rate (tracked and insured)
Shipping times vary due to customs and are outside of our control.
Currently we are not shipping to Hawaii.
We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages that are not insured.

Shipments between the US/Canada are required to pass through customs and may incur duty and/or tariff charges at times. We are not responsible for any duties and/or tariffs charged and payment of any duties and/or tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient/purchaser.

Return & Exchange Policy
